Q: How do I qualify for the free 10-pack incense launch promo?
Purchase any burner product and a free 10-pack of incense will be added to your delivery. No code needed and this won't appear as a separate item as part of your order confirmation. One free 10-pack applies per eligible burner purchased. (e.g. if you order 5 burner products in your order, 5 x 10-pack incense will be included). The type of incense will be selected by us based on the most suitable incense format for the specific burner purchased.
Q: Can I participate in both promotions?
Yes as long as you meet the relevant requirements for both, they can be enjoyed at the same time.

This is a limited-time launch offer and may be withdrawn at TOTEM's discretion without prior notice.
Q: What happens if I return my order?
For the 20% off incense promotion, since the order value has been deducted in your cart, you will receive refund for what you actually paid for. For the free 10-pack promotion, you will need to return it with your burner(s) as it forms part of the content of the burner purchase. If you wish to return the burner, you must also return the 10-pack incense in its original condition, otherwise you refund will be deducted of the incense item value accordingly.
